The sessions conducted over the past year included COVID-19, the social determinants of health, health inequity, systemic racism, maternal health, and other critical issues related to creating systemic change in the time of a pandemic.

The State of Health of Chicago is a bi-annual convening conducted by the Institute of Medicine of Chicago that evaluates the current landscape of health equity, population health, public health, and community health of the City of Chicago, its collar counties, and the State of Illinois.
