The Institute of Medicine of Chicago (IOMC) is excited for our Fellows to come together with Robyn Golden, ACSW who is an IOMC Fellow and member of the NAS committee studying the integration of social needs on Thursday, October 3, 2019. This breakfast is an opportunity to convene our Fellows who are local leaders to discuss how this topic will impact the Metropolitan Chicago area, as well as successes and challenges to improve the wellbeing of our people.

Ms. Golden serves as the Associate Vice President of Population Health and Aging at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she also holds academic appointments in the Departments of Medicine, Nursing, Psychiatry, and Health Systems Management. She is responsible for developing and overseeing health promotion and disease prevention, mental health, care coordination, and transitional care services for older adults, family caregivers, and people with chronic conditions. Since her appointment as a John Heinze Senate Fellow in Washington DC, she has chaired national organizations and received the Gereontological Society of America's 2017 Maxwell A.
