Doctor Fredrick is Medical Director with Aetna CVS Health, Great Lakes region (IL, IN, WI, MN) and consulting medical director for Complete Care Management Partners LLC, a care coordination entity (CCE). He provides medical oversight for complex cases, transitions of care, and utilization management. Doctor Fredrick has extensive managed care experience having worked for Molina health care, Next level Health Partners, consulting with Meridian and Aetna. As a healthcare consultant, he utilizes machine learning techniques and predictive analytics to identify and classify financial and health risk groups within patient populations. He actively engages members, providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective utilization and allocation of scarce resources. Dr Fredrick is certified in Emergency Medicine, health care quality and utilization review, patient safety, high reliability, and applied business analytics. Dr Fredrick lives in Chicago with his wife and has 3 adult children.
