Lisa J. Green, D.O., M.P.H. – Chief Executive Officer
Lisa Green, D.O., M.P.H. is the CEO and a co-founder of Family Christian Health Center and has been a physician at the health center since it opened its doors in 2000. As FCHC’s CEO, Dr. Green has more than 16 years of experience practicing family medicine and providing leadership as a physician and executive. Prior to assuming the role as CEO, Dr. Green served as FCHC’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Green received her M.P.H. in health, policy and administration from the University of Illinois, College of Medicine in 1995 and her Doctor of Osteopathic medicine from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa in 1991. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Green received the Woman of Excellence award in 2010. Her current professional affiliations include Board of Directors for Ingalls Provider Group, voluntary faculty for the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, and associate faculty for the University of Illinois, Nurse Practitioner Program. She is on the Board of Directors, University of Chicago ECHO Program. Dr Lisa Green is a proud mother of three sons and is devoted to the advancement of health equity.
